Granola Muesli with Green Apple and Hazel Nuts

This muesli can be made at the start of the week and kept in the fridge. In fact it keeps getting better!



2 Large Handfuls of Homemade Granola

250ml Flora Pro-Active Milk

2 Pots Flora Fruit Yoghurt

2tbsp Manuka Honey

1tbsp Wheat Germ

2tbsp Chopped Hazel Nuts

1 Banana, mashed

1 Green Apple, coarsely grated

Handful of your Favourite Berries

Pinch of Cinnamon


100g Natural Peanuts

50g Sunflower Seeds

100g Rolled Oats

50g Flax Seeds

20g Wheat Germ

50m Bertolli extra virgin Olive Oil

100ml Maple Syrup

100g Semi-Dried Blueberries



Get Stuck In:

For the Granola Mix:

  1. Grind up the nuts and seeds in a food processor.

  2. Combine everything onto an oven tray and bake for one hour at 350°F, missing every 20 minutes.

  3. Take out the oven and cool.

  4. Mix in the blueberries and keep in an airtight container to use.


To make Muesli:

  1. Add 2 large handfuls of granola into a bowl.

  2. Pour over with milk.

  3. Add yoghurt, honey, wheat germ, nuts, banana, apple and fruits.

  4. Mix these together.

  5. Top with more grated apple and serve.
