Seed coat almonds

These moreish nuts are perfect to whet the appetite before any meal, or are ideal to accompany pre-dinner drinks.


Stuff you’ll need

550g whole seedcoat almonds
25ml olive oil
50g butter
10g smoked paprika
30g salt

Serves: 10
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Get Stuck In

1. Pre-heat the oven at 220C.

2. Place the oil, butter and almonds in the oven and roast for 10 minutes, mixing through every couple of minutes.

3. When well roasted, sprinkle with the smoked paprika and salt, mix well and store in a Tupperware box, ready to serve at your leisure.
