Manuka honey + beetroot ketchup

This condiment with a difference is a great conversation piece as well as a dipping sauce to tickle the tastebuds.


Stuff you’ll need

250g salt-baked beetroot
50ml manuka honey
50ml red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Serves: 10
Prep time: 10 mins


Get Stuck in 

1. Put all the ingredients into a liquidiser and blend until smooth.

2. Season with salt and pepper.  

3. If it is too thick add a little veg stock.

4. Push through a fine sieve for extra smoothness.
