This full English breakfast is one of our favourites to make every morning at Brigade restaurant.
Stuff you'll need

1. Oil and grill the sausages, bacon, black pudding.
2. Grill the tomato.
3. Butter and fry the mushrooms, season.
4. Warm the beans.
5. Cook the egg.
6. Plate up.
20 rashers of streaky bacon
10 pieces of Lancashire black pudding
60 chestnut mushrooms
250g baked beans
5 pieces of sourdough buttered toast, cut in half
10 eggs (poached, fried, scrambled)
5 tomatoes, baked with olive oil, thyme, seasoning and sugar
