This is one of our stalwart recipes at Brigade restaurant, and is perfect for side salads or drizzled on grilled vegetables.
Stuff you’ll need
250ml sherry vinegar750ml extra virgin olive oil
50ml Dijon mustard2 shallots1 clove garlic10g chopped rosemary
10g fresh chopped thyme
Salt and pepper
Get Stuck In
Blend together in the Thermomix until very smooth.
