Blueberry, banana + soy smoothie

This dairy-free drink is full of nourishing goodness, perfect for a snack, breakfast or a post-gym workout.


Stuff you’ll need

300ml chilled soya milk
50g frozen loose blueberries
½ banana
2tsp honey

Serves 10.
Prep time: 5 mins

Get Stuck In

1. Add all ingredients in a blender. Add more soy milk if required.

2. Garnish with a thick slice of banana and blueberries on a stick.
