*The behind the scenes experience gives you entry into the kitchen to help the Beyond Food apprentices prepare some of the dishes on the menu. Roll your sleeves up and get a hands-on insight into the catering and hospitality world, learn a few tricks of the trade whilst hearing the inspirational stories of the Beyond Food apprentices who have been at risk of, or have experienced, homelessness. An incredible opportunity to lend a hand and broaden your mind.
