Leon spent most of his teenage years in the Dominican and the British Virgin Islands before moving to the UK. At the supperclub, Leon will be cooking timeless and tasty British dishes as well as an inspiring and mouth-watering recipe from South Africa, where Leon spent some of his time training alongside Prue Leith. Leon will be joined by past and present apprentices, who he has helped over the years to get out of homelessness and into employment.
Our supper clubs aim to bring like-minded foodies together to experience what we do, while indulging in some delicious food.
We invite guest chefs to design stellar menus alongside our apprentices, with all profits going directly to our programmes.
